A Custard cream
- Ingredients
milk 250g, banana 100g, yolk 50g, yellow colors 0.5g, sugar 62g,
starch 20g, butter 20g, vanilla paste 4g
- Procedure
1. Put milk 100g and babana and grind with a hand mixer.
2. Add ① to milk 150g, sugar 12g and vanilla paste and boil.
3. Add yolk, sugar 50g, starch and mix.
4. Mix ② + ③ and boil.
5. Add butter 20g to ④, mix and cool.
B Banana cream
- Ingredients
Choux cream 350g, whipped cream 175g, condensed milk 17.5g
- Procedure
1. Whip choux cream lightly.
2. Put whipped cream and condensed milk, whip it, put into ① and mix.
C Milk mousse cream
- Ingredients
whipped cream A 45g, starch syrup 5g, dark chocolate 20g, dark chocolate 20g,
milk chocolate 20g, whipped cream B 80g
- Procedure
1. Add whipped cream A, starch syrup and boil.
2. Put ① to milk chocolate and dark chocolate and put a rest in the refrigerator.
3. Add whipped cream B to ② and mix.
D Filler

Banana 20g, egg cookie crunch 8g

1. Fill the bottom of the frame with 30g of milk mousse.
2. Fill ① with a banana slice 3ea.
3. Top the egg cookie crumble 8g in ②.
4. Fill in ③ with custard cream 30g.
5. Decorate chocolate on banana pudding.
