A tart biscuit
- Ingredients
New green cookie powder 600g,malcha powder 6g, melted butter 145g
- Procedure
1. Melt the butter and mix it with the powder of the Newark cookie and the powder of Malcha.
2. Fill the tart biscuit on the side and bottom of the rounded (18cm) frame and then freeze in the freezer.
B Chocolate mousse
- Ingredients
Ice cream Tiramisu Mix 42g, milk 86g, whipped cream 194g,
dark chocolate 127g- Procedure
1. Soak gelatin.
2. Pre-melt the dark chocolate.
3. Mix the heated milk at 60°C in bavarois
4. Mix the dark chocolate with bavarois.
5. Melt the gelatin and blend it into bavarois.
6. Bubble whipped cream to about 50%, then mix in three times bavarois.
7. Fill the mold (diameter 15cm) and set in the freezer.
C Malcha tiramisu cream
- Ingredients
Icecream Tiramisu Mix 318g, malcha powder 14g, milk 204g,
gelatin 2g, whipped cream 794g- Procedure
1. Mix malcha powder with milk and warm to 60 ℃.
2. Mix the heated milk with the tiramisu mix.
3. Put the whipped cream by about 70% in ② and mix in 3 times.

1. Remove the tart biscuits from the freezer and fill 1/2 of the malcha tiramisu cream.
2. Remove the chocolate mousse from the freezer.
3. Fill the malcha tiramisu cream with a spatula on the top, then set in a freezer.
4. Sieve deco white and green tea powder on the top of the cake and decorate the chocolate.
